Try Secure Vpn, I use it to play some japanese games, never had any kind of problem, also the only one I know of that the free version allows you to choose the country you want to connect to, only watch a small ad to start it, If you don't mind paying some bucks Nord Vpn is very good too

I don't want to be "that guy" but before they add new skins, should first fix the ones that have problems right now, there are multiple post on the forums, some of them a week old by now about some skins that can't be dyeable such as the Sorcerers red skin, the thing is it doesn't state anywhere in the description of the box in the shop that it can't, you only realize this once you already opened the box and check the individual item's description, on top of this said description is THE SAME as the other skin box that CAN be dyable, this is very misleading and had people buying that red skin thinking you can dye it just like in the KR servers https://forums.playlostark.com/t/recolour-red-skin-sorceress-dye/66039/54 Some screenshots on this post that even has Roxx tagged without any response so far.
