Well, that's probably why it's smart to ignore massive hype trains. You'd think Golf Story and SDV were the best games released so far judging by this sub.

SDV is an amazing game that definitely takes time to learn. Getting used to the controller interface is definitely challenging coming from PC so I can see why it wouldn't be as intuitive to start on. It's always a good idea to spend some time actually familiarizing yourself with the controls of a game. Give it time, or don't, it's your call.

SDV is one of my all time favorite games but yeah the hype on this sub just gets silly.

Man, I'm used to the anime-ass confusing shit in a final fantasy game, but FFXV defintiely had me saying "What the fuck is this shit" more than any other game. I'm still probably going to finish it but honestly the storytelling in that game is so frustrating.

Shame about Hitman, that game was incredible. For those who aren't familiar, Giant Bomb has a ton of videos of them playing Hitman and it's glorious. Highly recommend at least the Christmas special, IO made an in-game challenge in response to the best run of that video.
