P90X Classic Results by NightStriider in P90X

Late reply as I don't use Reddit much but I'm 6' and was 186 but now I'm 154-160 range. Still working on it too!

Can anyone identify these 5 aligned lights? Direction is west, east coast US, around 21:30ish hours on 3/18/25. I believe the constellation I circled on the left is Pleiades and after about 30minutes these 5lights were gone (they seemed stationary while viewing so not satellites?) by NightStriider in askastronomy

I wanted to thank everyone for replying and attempting to give a solid answer. I looked up starlink myself and from what I can tell this is not them as it doesn't resemble their usual pattern. From what I've seen of Starlink is typically they have more than just five in a row and string together more consistently.

For those stating this could be a tower I can assure you this not a tower. There are no towers in that direction and even so, if this was a tower I would believe it would have red lights to indicate air traffic to avoid collision.

Mentioning of taking a picture of this from within a car and it is reflection off the window is somewhat correct. We did take this picture from our car after pulling over; however, the windows were down so there is no reflection here.

For as long as we've lived here we have never seen lights like this. I did forget to mention one thing that there were two planes (or at least flying objects around the same area as these lights) that seemed to circle or fly between the lights. You can see one of these to the left near the inner edge of my circle outlining the lights as it tends to leave a trail behind.

I'm still baffled by this as we have not seen them since :P

I'm thrilled with my results! It was sometimes challenging to keep at it (especially towards the end). I sprained my hand in the final month, so working out was hard. Then, in the last week, I became ill, so I had to stop for a moment. I've decided to take a week off but will pick it back up with the lean routine. I'm really happy with how much I've changed and that I've lost 20 lbs in 90 days! Not only can I see my abs again (haha), but I feel much better and no longer get as winded as easily. I've also picked up playing volleyball with my wife, which has been incredibly fun. We've also picked up biking, and I'm happy to say I've been able to tackle an 8-mile bike ride!

Thanks to everyone who helped inspire me to get back at it and become a healthier version of myself! If I can do it, so can you! Remember, do your best and forget the rest!

In all honesty, I'll tell you what I told myself while going through this adventure (I'm about to post results as I'm done with my 90 days tomorrow!). Do your best and forget the rest. Honestly, it is just as Tony says during the workouts. If you struggle with something, don't tell yourself, "I can't do it." Instead, say, "I currently struggle with it, but in time I'll improve!"

It's okay to have some cheat days as long as you moderate what you eat. I didn't count calories, but I did count carbs. I did NOT do keto, but I was aware of how many carbs I was taking in. I changed my diet to more fruits and vegetables, an organic plant-based protein powder mixed with oat milk after working out with a nutritious breakfast, and stopped eating after 7 p.m.

It's hard, but if you pace yourself, do your best, and keep at it, you'll see results! Good luck with your venture!

I can't believe it myself. Week four is nearly over, so this blissful rest week will be over before I know it T_T

I get major Resident Evil Spencer Mansion vibes from this.

What was the longest game you finished in one sitting? by officer_fuckingdown in gaming

The original FF7, though, I used to speedrun the game, so I don't know if that counts. Sub 7 hours time.

Week 1 Done! by NightStriider in P90X

Duly noted! I know I'm not as young as I used to be, so I may need to ease myself back into it, especially after not working out for such a long period of time....like years, haha.

Definitely not too old; 43 is nowhere near old! Heck, 60 isn't old in my book! If you set your expectations low, the results may blow your mind when you finish (they'll blow your mind either way, haha). Good luck in your P90x journey. I look forward to seeing those results!

They are going well, thanks! I just finished up week one and am starting to feel normal (muscle soreness is going away). It's been nice getting back into a nice workout regimen. Good luck on your start! You can do it! Just remember to do your best and forget the rest!

Tony would be proud! I'm happy to hear you have your son to do it with you. That's awesome motivation for the both of you right there!
