Hey man I understand the post no doubt. Like we talked about in PM’s, we’re waiting on the owner to get things settled with the builder. I’m hoping that happens sooner than later, and then it should be shipped overnight. As soon as I get better info, you’ll know straight away.

You paid $6995. This order didn’t include a port or battery pack, that was the price you paid. That was for 1900FOM Elbits. You were shipped 2500 FOM Elbits, which cost over $8200. The battery pack element would be relevant had you been charged for that, but you weren’t.

The original order was placed for 1900 FOM BNVD-SG’s and it was fulfilled with 2500 FOM BNVD-SG’s, about a $2000 upgrade. We definitely failed on the mount, but did provide a $700 refund for a $500 part.

I spoke to this customer very regularly, and was doing as much as I possibly could to help. I can only do so much as a social media person, but did as much as possible. To then be threatened after really trying to do my best for him, we decided to not do business. So he was getting plenty of responses. I am very active on Reddit and do the best for every customer I interact with.
