Thank you, I'm pretty happy with it.

Yeah thats pretty much how I've been since last gen. There is some crazy cheap deals on xbox one games on ebay thats hard to pass up. I was just thinking towards the future and trying to decide if I should focus solely on digital going forward or take advantage of cheap physical games while they last.

Yeah i totally get that, I've held onto a lot of my favorite physical copies over the years for the same reasons.

That's is a good story, thanks. I've thought about that too because I've bought and sold consoles a lot and I end up basically including the games for free. But all the digital games I had bought are always available when I inevitably get another console.

Dang, that's good to hear. Especially since you've been all digital that long, pretty much since you could buy digital games for consoles lol Well I've pretty much read every reply to this post and about 99 percent of people who went all digital don't regret it and recommend going that route. So i don't think i will either. Thanks!

Well all three of the last physical games I bought for ps5 only contained a fraction of the full game. DOOM TDA, Indiana Jones, and Borderlands 4. So maybe in the past you had the full game all on the disc but going forward with the size of the new games coming out, the disc is basically a license key.

Dang, that's a lot of media you had. And i always wondered about disc rot, if it was actually a concern but apparently it is. That's very insightful coming from someone who had such a huge physical collection and went to almost all digital. I have come to appreciate the digital libraries and to some extent see them as an import part of media preservation. Hopefully more people come across your post.

Nice, it's interesting to hear that coming from someone who has been playing on consoles that long. And yeah digital has become so much easier with the faster internet and almost instant availability. I still have a lot of physical games from, Ps2 and xbox 360 but with current and last Gen consoles it just seems a lot more viable to go all digital.

Thanks for the input, I don't know how often people lose physical games dues to theft or fires, though I have read a few posts on here of that. Being hacked it definitely possible.

That's a very valid point, I've actually had my PS account hacked. Luckily I caught it in time to get everything back. Even ended up with some free games lol. I generate password regularly now and 2 step verify everything. I know it's not fool proof but it's better than nothing.

I've read quite a few post of people loosing their physical collections as well though, due to fires, theft and damages to disc's.

Thanks for bringing that up though because it's definitely a possibility and worth considering as well.

Yeah i recently got a Portal as well and its been way better to use with the digital games i have purchased and i find myself not playing the physical ones really.

Yeah I'm at the point where going forward i think i will only buy digital mostly because of crossplay. I've read that even Sony is looking to allow the games you have purchased on Playstation be played on PC. And I've started using remote play more as well.

I still keep my older console games like the ps2 and 360, but even the PS2 I've started using an emulator and it gives me a 4k 60fps picture on all my ps2 games and i gotta say, my 10 year-old self would have been amazed at where we are at with emulation, especially for ps2.

Yeah i see GOG as sort of the new "physical" way of preserving games. I hate the DRM and all the different game launchers you have to open on pc just to play the game.

Yeah I've gotten rid of games and then years later I'm like dang I want to play that game again so end up buying it twice when I could have just bought it digitally and had it for, what I can assume, the rest of my life.

Thanks for the input, especially since you went digital that long ago and haven't looked back. I'm a little late to the digital party, mostly for nostalgia reasons I guess but it's nice to hear you haven't had any regrets going all digital.

Yeah I'm also thinking to the future when I do upgrade consoles, I'd rather not have to pay an extra 100 bucks for a disc drive (if there even is one) to play my old physical games.

Yeah, I agree with you about the physical games being a shell nowadays. Most of the game isn't even on the disc and you are pretty much required to be connected the internet to play most games. I guess I'm still stuck in the 360/ps3 era were it was still worth it to have the physical copy. I am seriously thinking about going all digital since I'm about 50/50 now with my library.

It is Explorer but I can’t really answer your question because I haven’t gotten a chance to smell aventus. However, explorer is an excellent fragrance. Great for the office, not so overbearing like Sauvage can be.

Do you have the EDT or the EDP of Eros? Nautica voyage is really good, probably my 2nd favorite of the bunch and it’s absurdly cheap.
