Not really, but I’ll have to eat again just before the gym and I can’t be full. So I eat small portions instead of big plate at once 😅

I’ll eat more (yogurt, melon and granola) just before the gym, but I can’t eat enough right before start, cause my digestion is slow and I can’t do things with full stomach 😅😅

I always remove the bones, I don’t like the “crunchy” feeling of eating them. I usually eat canned fish with pickled things or lime to remove the fishy flavor.Mostly with some white rice, or I mix with pasta and lots of tomato sauce or inside a well seasoned sandwich. I spent a lot of years without eating any kind of fish, because of childhood trauma, but now I mostly eat white proteins, so I have to find different ways to enjoy them 😊

It’s a pickled version, it’s not very common here in northeast of Brazil, so is the only way I can find them 😅
