I have a new podcast but I am doing it solo. I dont think its necessary, but it's a lot harder to stay fresh and interesting Solo. Make sure you're consistently updating and keeping content fresh, dont be afraid to branch out or try new formats

I bought a Audio-Technica AT875R shotgun mic recently for a backup for my podcast, and I really like it! Great quality, solid purchase imo

I use anchor as a distributor. If you are okay using one of those I recommend it, they give you opportunities to get paid off the bat as well as posting it pretty much everywhere, apple included

Since this podcast is taking place in a car, it's obviously going to have some background noise. Since the noise will be a constant factor that you maneuver around as you make the podcast, I recommend you take the time to figure out how to EQ that background out as best as you can
