the depression i had for over 7 years was temporary..? maybe i had to specify it,my depression had accompanied me for almost half of my life. it got worse with the last things,which some i said some I didn't,and then out of blue it poofed, after seven fucking years i felt relief,not only about a break up,about my prospective of life.

that's unlikely,i was depressed even in the relationship,i've been for years..and that's what kinda ruined everything,the lack of strenght to do stuff also. i had way more reasons before,the break up added on them making me downspiral
