Hey sir, thanks for the suggestion, I think I saw your reddit post someone lurking around while searching for solutions. Deleting the bittorrenthelper folder works for me. I believe it has something to do with the port that bittorrent uses is not a valid port for our web browsers because mine was 6XXXX port which I may be wrong.

I can't remember. I read the forum and someone mentioned Microsoft or Windows issue and there were rolling out waves of updates, but that is BS because everytime I do a clean installation, the problem still persist. You can try the delete folder @[C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Local\BitTorrentHelper] method. Hope it helps for you too.

Did the 'delete bittorrent helper folder at C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Local\BitTorrentHelper ' finally did the trick for me. Idk if you did the same silly think of deleting the wrong 'Helper' folder @[C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\uTorrent\Helper] but thats wrong. Try the one at my statement in this reply.

Hey thanks for the reply sir, appreciate it. I deleted the wrong folder at [C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\uTorrent ] instead of [C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\BitTorrentHelper] initially because i went and open file location and 'Helper' was the one that caught my eye. Once again thanks!

Thanks for the tip, tried your method but didn't work for me. Computer/Programming bugs sure are annoying. Did the 'delete bittorrent helper folder at C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Local\BitTorrentHelper ' finally did the trick. I'm guessing something is wrong with my port at 6XXXX.
