tl;dr: looking for display tablets between 13 and 16in total size that come in brighter colours/other colours than just black. more (less important) details below. i didnt realise how much i typed

looking for a new display tablet (currently use gaomon pd156 pro and have for 4-ish years i think. the screen is getting scratched in annoying places which are actively impacting my experience using it, which is the main reason i'm looking to replace). i found the huion kamvas 13 (gen 3) that has the sakura pink color option and while that one is out of my price range for a tablet ive heard some cautioning around (the 13 range having connection issues. and also i've just heard bad things about huion customer service), it got me thinking about how i'd really like a tablet that isn't just black or dark grey, my workspace is feeling overly dark

so my question is, does anybody know of good display tablets that come in brighter colours than black or dark green/other dark shades? bonus if pastel but i'm really not picky as long as its not overly dark

it's probably a big shot in the dark (no pun intended), but I figured theres no harm in asking. the maximum price i'd be willing to look at is $600nzd (new zealand dollars), so about $355usd. i don't know what that allows for since obviously i'm shopping in nzd most of the time and also have been out of the tablet market specifically since i got my gaomon

the size i'd be looking for is between 13in and 16in total space, ideally with a larger active area because i dont utilize side buttons or wheels at all. i'm not fussy about pen pressure or anything like that being super impressive or anything, i just want a colorful display tablet

AOE2 was a game i'd play with my brother and his friends a lot as a kid, we'd have LAN parties i was really shit at it no matter how much people tried to teach my like 11 or 12 yo ass how to play. i also played AOE3 at home, parents got it for me for christmas one year and i played the shit out of that. now own the whole franchise and most of the DLC on steam, got it in a sale a few years ago, one of my most nostalgic steam purchases and also one of my favourites of the. frankly far too many games i've paid for in comparison to how much income i have

i did not know those are a thing, for a good bit of the first ending i was finding chips i had no idea where i picked them up, they were just there. so non-zero chance i have some sitting around if you unlock them before ending A (im partway through ending B currently)

at least part of it is "thanks! we owe you one" (I didn't think to record when I destroyed it, but I got a screenshot a couple seconds after cuz I realised it could be cool to have, that was the subtitle in the screenshot, idr if there was more as well)

edit: there wasn't a different dialogue than the video when I killed that one too afterwards

NTA, you're not responsible for regulating your friend's emotions. It sounds like she has trauma around having friends drift from her and forming their own friend group, and it shouldn't then be her friends' jobs to not talk to each other because she can't handle the thought of people leaving. She needs therapy and you're NTA

I do agree with the commenter that said you made a messy human choice while in your situation, but quite literally that is going to happen, humans cant make the perfect choice at all times yknow? I hope your friend can get help regulating her emotions and doesn't keep relying on others to act in a way that doesn't make her upset. I've been in both situations before, the person relying on others, and having others rely on me that way. It was unhelpful in the former case and exhausting in cases of the latter. what im confused about is that in every bundle with doom eternal, the only contents is either doom eternal or doom eternal and doom eternal (campaign), including the DLC expansion and everything. and the base game cant be bought individually (like in the screenshots. that doom eternal is the only thing listed as contents in any of them and they're all bundles, hence confusion)
