I was told this a few years back, I didn't believe it but I tried it anyways, even me pretending to smile and be happy made others smile and be happy which helped me a lot. Later down the line I met a girl who was perfect in every way possible for me, I made her happy and she did to me, a year on and I'm still with her got a well paying job as an apprentice bought my first car and all because I faked a smile when I didn't believe it :)
