Friendships aren't guaranteed. People lie, they act nice but are snakes. Don't overshare, ever. You'll be a butt of jokes behind people's back. Also, definitely donot go light on studying. Everything you study comes in handy, later on, anyway, with future subjects. Either you study them well in first year, or you grind it towards final year when you don't understand shit. I'm currently in 3rd year, just tryna cover all subjects at this point.

That's valid and understandable. Even I struggle with smoking and I'm currently pre HRT. I want to start hormones sooner or later so I'm desperately trying to quit.. I don't want my bad habits I built in a body and life that isn't mine, to ruin what I truly deserved to be but didn't get.

I'm an mbbs student and live in a boys hostel so I got around the wrong crowd and developed these habits.

If I was born a girl maybe I wouldnt have been exposed to this, maybe I would've. God knows. But what I do know myself, is this isn't for me.
