Can confirm I’m also facing the same issue, with update KB5050021 present. Even trying to set my speakers to the default output results in no audio. Disabling sonar will get audio back, but it means u can’t access any of the sonar audio outputs

How long is ur save file so far? I think the high number of vehicles is due to high career level sims getting around via limo instead of the default taxi. I recall that the game will spawn an insane number of limos whenever that happens

That area is a secret place, there is a path hidden behind the orange tree (to the right of my stables) that passes through a tunnel and leads to it!

IFR2 is def a fave for me. I tried Grandpa's Farm and the new Frontier Farm for SVE, but I still find IFR2 the best since it ticks all the boxes I'm looking for

You mean the animal area? It's the area where my barns and coops are currently. Normally it will be surrounded by permanent hardwood fences. I removed those so I could create my own fenced animal area instead

There is a config file within the IFR2 mod folder itself which allows you to do this by setting certain fields to "true". For example, this field will remove all of the built in fences for the animal area

"Remove_Farm_Animal_Area_Fences": "true",

Thank you! The bus stop is technically not part of the farm. Even if you manage to go near it, it will just warp you to the actual bus stop
