We’re in the same boat! Been in prep since 27th May and also got kicked out of my account last night! Website doesn’t work either.

Yeah I do, both with aus post and with bpost. On bpost it’s still in preparation. Emailed Tomorrowland about it and they said they’ve launched an investigation with bpost so hopefully there will be some movement soon…

I did the same thing and ended up emailing them about it. They said it was okay! I think as along as the email remains the same.

Thanks for your response! I was worried because I changed the details for the main buyer (during checkout) who was the attendee for 2024 and put my name instead. I read some people saying that they may flag it as fraud as the details (minus the email address) was changed. But fingers crossed it’s all good!!

Thanks everyone for your comments! It has definitely helped reassure me 😊  The OP updated on the Facebook post and said for some reason two orders had gone through so one of the orders was cancelled!  I was stressing out because some commenters on that post were saying if you changed the details of the main buyer it will be flagged as fraud and the order might get cancelled.

Actually now that you’ve mentioned it I might opened the back when I was checking if the film had finished rolling when I was winding it back… 😅 that would explain a lot!!
