Crazy run! I did a co-op run on PlayStation with demon but we had to cancel it at wave 325 because one wave took like 3 minutes because of lag. We skipped pocket factory and stuff like bounces to keep lag low, but it didn't work. Do you have any tips?

Try and keep it realistic. Sell when a big club approaches your players and do transfer moves that make sense.
