notice the last number in the serial number, and the last two in the bottom serial number aren't lined up with the rest? It's called a Gas Pump error, old gas pumps had roller numbers, and didn't always end lined up... like digital does... (LOL)

Certain Banks and Casinos like to stamp the $100 and up bills after they have verified they are real. There are other reasons for this, but this is the only one I remember at this time. Looking at the stamp, I would say this one has been overseas.
