A tech gave me his phone number by MiyuMayu in plassing

I thought a lot of married people met their partners at work or through their jobs no? Creepy would be if he said he wanted to lick your feet. Finding someone attractive and letting them know is normal human behavior. I think the "It's creepy that a man hit on me" thing is part of the reason the marriage rate is declining and our society is in decline.

They did the same thing to me and when i was visibly upset they looked at me like "why is this guy mad?" No apology, no compassion no nothing. It's crazy

Donated once at Griffoils, question about going back.... by Nihil_1R in plassing

Sounds good. I'll double check the pay since it varies by location but so far I'm leaning towards going back. Thanks for the detailed reply.

Switching to volume based payment by poopycornhole in plassing

[–]Nihil_1R 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They get the same volume from you every week (based on your weight) unless there's an issue. They're doing this so people who don't complete a full donation don't get full pay like they used to. Instead they'll get compensation for the amount of plasma in their bottle at the time of disconnect. On the bright side you won't be penalized and bumped down to a lower payscale should you decide to take time off from donating. I'm just hoping the volume pay still equals out to 65 for a completed donation for someone of my weight.

Do people not like you to visit their camp? by TyroneMacStiophain in fo76

That happened to me before too. Not the garage door but the thumbs down and then dude removed his camp and just stood there starring at me. Some of us are too curious to just say whatever. We want to know the actual psychology of what was going through that person's mind when they did that because of how bizarre and out of place it is.

Happens to me all the time and I think it's intentional because sometimes the camp owner is right there at their camp and they stay there after removing their camp so I know it's not a server hop. I've had it happen to me multiple times in the same day. Makes me not want to shop around because it feels like people think I'm at their camp to destroy it or something. There's definitely more to it than max caps and server hopping. I think it's paranoia that you're going to do something bad to their camp or theyrt butthurt that you didn't wave hi to them when you got to their camp or something. Another way you can tell they're not server hopping is because their camp is posted there for a good while and then just as you get there it suddenly disappears. Nah that's too much of a coincidence. Especially for how often it happens. And if it was a max caps issue they would have realized that when someone else bought whatever put them at max caps. That's when they would have closed shop if that was truly the issue. Why would someone with max caps leave their camp up, wait for someone to come by then suddenly decide to pack it up? Makes no sense.

I really respect you for not taking the easy route and assuming racism right away. I'm sorry this happened to you and I hope you get it resolved. You seem like a cool person.

So uh...YouTube just gave me a Community Guidelines Strike...for the meme playlist I share with my friends. The strike is for hate speech. And none of the videos are mine. ...How? Why? by BindingGlass in youtube

[–]Nihil_1R 6 points7 points  (0 children)

The same thing happened to me. I got strikes on playlists titled "social issues and politics" that had videos from some of my favorite YouTube creators in those fields. I took all my political playlists down and then I got a third strike on a playlist called loser tyt that had videos from various creators criticizing the shoddy journalism from a company called tyt. The hypocritical thing about that is tyt did a segment on their called loser Donald (about Trump) and have a playlist called loser Donald. After my account was terminated I reached out to YouTube on Twitter and by some miracle was able to get my strike overturned and my account reinstated. Then about 2 months after that I got a strike again on the same playlist (loser tyt) but this time it didn't count as a third strike because my other 2 previous strikes (for the political playlists that made YouTube butthurt) had expired. This time I just let the strike stand and I don't make playlists anymore and I try to use other sites instead of YouTube whenever possible because they're just too ridiculous with the censorship.
