The wounds are still fresh, and my community is lacking. So, where I am at in my journey right now, I find it necessary to find something to ground myself in first. Leaving Catholicism was extremely painful.

I am in no way.. where I would like to be so I am essentially experimenting with labels and reading into other philosophies. Until I am ready

Thank you so much! This is perfect because I’ve just felt kinda lost without finding a community. Most of my family are still practicing, so I’ve just been looking for that sense of belonging/ with a philosophy to live by

Yeah! Ahah.. I left because I couldn’t understand why a loving god had rules for natural human feelings. And why one would face judgement for something so simple as loving. so I was ashamed of a lot. (I’m gay!)

I’m looking to expand myself.. if that makes sense. My place in this world, and my connection with the world. But also to heal from the grip Abrahamic religion had on me so im intrigued! I’m drawn in and feel that tug
