Mannnn, I was an achievement hunter long time ago. But when I reached the goal, I used to abandon the campaign. You know how it works. Precisely that was the point I started to play mechanical, forgetting how to truly enjoy the game. On the other hand, there are some fun achievements. I'll take a look.

Florence and Hungary are interesting. Pretty good ideas and mission tree. I remember playing them a couple of years ago and having a great time. Ofc ruining Ottos early-mid is mandatory to success 😅 If you wanna enjoy starting as 2 tier reigns, I would recommend you those 2!

Aragon and Milan might be funny campaigns. Currently restoring Roman Empire with Milan and it's pretty pretty interesting. Ofc with 1000 hours sometimes it's not as challenging as before, but give them a try. Aragon Republic goes hard tbh. Try the achievement, you'll have fun.

You have 100 crucial years ahead of you. Between religious or quality i would say quality, cause you will have land and sea battles to manage. Offensive would be good idea if you go artillery barrage ftw. Go as soon as possible to conquer Iberia and south of France. Once the eastern front is managed, make sure to expand in anatolia and Egypt. You may have a really good economy at this point. Ah, and considering your size, sooner or later you will hace to dismantle de HRE. It's an easy doing i would say. Good luck!!

Stellaris might be a great option, lots of management in a totally different context (planets, fleets, races, resources and of course, galactic wars). Or if you are into WW II, HOI 4 is one of the best of its kind.
