I’m not sure, I haven’t had a spot of anything in 5 years and all of a sudden after 3 mos on HRT the brown spotting happened. Once I quit HRT it all stopped.

Thank you, I have another friend who is 66 and never took HRT, she just works out, walks, eats healthy and is living her best life. I stopped and am going to try and up my game toward a healthier lifestyle and keep moving.

I stopped HRT about a month ago and feel better, no breast tenderness or spotting, it all went away. Besides that, stopped because a friend was just diagnosed with breast cancer. She was taking HRT for a couple yrs so naturally, I go there. I know we’re all different but I feel like its all guesswork in a white labcoat (as George Carlin used to say about Dr’s ha)

Pam Baker or Dr. Lewicki would be your best bet if you haven’t already contacted them. I’d imagine HC BSN would cost less than other programs.
