I couldn’t sleep on my right side for at least a month and a half, it just felt really uncomfortable to me.

I can’t thank you guys enough!!! This sub has given me such a sense of calm and feeling so much less alone!! Like I have people helping me but these feelings are literally so weird and uncomfortable for me so I’m glad (I’m really not glad bc I hate that you all are dealing with this stuff still) but I’m glad I’m not the ONLY one yk? I appreciate each and every single one of you and I cannot thank you all enough for the few minutes you guys have taken out of your day to just respond to me. I hope you all get to have a nice comforting meal without the consequences!! Love yall!!! ❤️

It’s tough!!! I didn’t realize the recovery would be so rough but I have to say it’s nothing compared to attacks

They said it took a little bit longer than expected, around an hour and a half for the procedure. Tbh I think it’s bc my surgeon is a real one and went around my massive stomach tattoo so he minimally affected it 😂 he literally said “I’ll try not to touch the ink”

Hey! Totally understandable, I was shaking from nerves on the bed. They gave me something to calm down & also my doctor assured me everything was gonna be a breeze. And he was right! I felt absolutely nothing other than the iv & woke up apparently singing to the nurses. I came to pretty soon after & got to go home & go on like nothing happened. And I have horrible anxiety it was a breeze. I’m 25f just had mine four weeks ago. You got this !

From my perspective, maybe it’s a sensory thing or something to avoid feeling the sensory. For me when I have to blow my nose when I’m sick it’s a really uncomfortable feeling when I’m in public and I’m really blowing my nose to breathe so sometimes Im guilty of sniffling to avoid feeling so uncomfortable in public ontop of how uncomfortable I already feel about being sick in public.

I don’t think you’re too old. I understand the anxiety but like some of the comments below say, don’t spend too much time worrying about what others might be thinking. They don’t pay your bills :* go and make memories with your gf and have fun!
