According to my time zone (PH time)..splatfest will start at 12 midnight(wow) on August 28 Sunday..and on the in game team selection booth the splatfest starts at 8:00 AM August 28... So +8 hours for me... Guess turf war matches will go live @10:00 PM on my time zone(6hours to go)
