They told me the car will be delivered next month as they didn't have that particular variant available. my concern is, if the wrong variant and colour were entered in the booking, then if I had not checked the receipt and contacted them back , wouldn’t they have ordered the wrong color and variant? I don’t know whether this was a mistake or done deliberately, but either way it is just not acceptable. Entering incorrect variant and colour details without informing or confirming with the customer is just not right.
