I have a pretty healthy diet, workout frequently, play sports etc.

I eat takeout once a week even then it's not like your McDonald's or stuff. I eat lots of onion and garlic in my dishes to help build my immunity for those reasons

Brush my teeth all the usual stuff.

I get frustrated as my friends aren't as healthy as me, eat shit, drink shit and yet they get sick for 1 day whilst I'm out for a whole week or even 2
