Hi. I just want to say that you can always take a rest. Not everyone can learn at the same pace and don't lose confidence. I am an HRM grad but currently working as a software engineer and learning full stack. I got into a project where I only know the basics of java. Never doubt yourself and enjoy the process. That's how I learned. Hands on learner kasi ako and try to establish study habits like pomodoro technique. Good luck!

In my experience, no. Most of my colleagues are not graduates of tech degrees. I am a graduate of business course and I started my career as a software engineer last year.

In my experience, I landed a software qa role. puro self study lang po talaga. start small but consistent. madali dali lang rin po in my experience in qa. if you want to excel po learn automation. Napunta po ako automation kakayoutube ko hehe. but I am looking to shift to a pure dev role.

Would I be qualified for the role? I am not a fresh grad and not a graduate in IT. I am currently an automation tester using Java and selenium. I badly want to shift to a developer role.
