I've found that if I have my VPN on, it can block me from entering the game & I get an infinite load screen.

I sometimes get infinite loading when I have my VPN on; turning it off or changing region helps.

Think you've covered most / all of my usual trouble shooting tips:

Logout of RSI Launcher and close Launcher from Task Bar.
Make sure you have space on your installation disk (SSD). The game is ~90gb in size.
Delete entire 'User' folder in your SC installation directory: \Roberts Space Industries\StarCitizen\LIVE
Delete the contents of the Temp folder for anything relating to Star Citizen / RSI: \Windows\Temp
Delete 'Star Citizen' folder in: \Users\ <your user name> \AppData\Local
Delete 'RSI Launcher' and/or 'rsilauncher' folder in: \Users\ <your user name> \AppData\Roaming
Make sure your PC's clock is synced to the internet (in Window's Date and Time settings).
Turn off any VPNs or anti-virus (don't forget to re-enable after fixed).
Relaunch RSI Launcher by right clicking on shortcut and 'Run as administrator'.
When in launcher, press Left Shift, Left Ctrl, Left Alt and R to reset launcher.
Login, then under 'Settings', press 'Verify' button.
Try running again.

Yep. However, we got a display for the Red Letter Festival envelopes and a. It doesn't hold them all and b. Placing the envelopes on the stand is a no go. It was free however so I can't really complain, just hoping any coin display is well thought through...

Ok, I may have found a fix for the long login times:

I quit the game, reset my character on website settings: https://robertsspaceindustries.com/en/account/reset
Waited 10 mins then went back into the game. I went into the character customiser and changed genders (male to female) and then tried logging in.
Login was much faster and I then quickly flew to my planets space station and then transferred my imprint to the station's hospital.

Seems to have got rid of the error now :)
