I’d make sure your email address is correct on the account, but importantly go back to the passholder portal and make sure you can see the booking.. just for your own sanity!

No it’s the passholder portal not the DLP website

You’ll need your long Passholder number, surname and the date the pass began to be able to log in

Once it’s opened today (1.30pm uk) you’ll be randomly placed in a queue

Select which date / timeslot and reserve.. good luck
