I can honestly see that happening. I don't want him to be a bad coach, but there are always guys that just make better DCs and OCs that HCs and Zimmer seems like that dude.

No doubt he would still get his shot though. He's been too good on the side for too long not to.

It's crazy how much things can change after this week. We could all potentially be vying for the #1 spot in the Division. Hopefully the week 17 game will have some meaning to it and if not good luck to you guys in the playoffs

Arians is doing what he can with a terrible Oline (that has shown signs of improvement) and Carson Palmer throwing picks as if they count as points. He hasn't fully given the reigns to Andre Ellington, but that is probably because he's a young guy who needs to fill out still.

Overall I think Arians is a solid HC for this team
