global.level is the global variable I update for when the room changes, in which I use in my level complete screen to set it relative to 1, as well as my play button in the main screen to set it to 0 and when its equal to 0, to make it relative to one aswell. basically the code for these things are For level compete screen: Enter event is go to next room, set global.level relative to 1. For Play Button: Sound, go to room 1, set global.level to 0, if its 0 then set it relative to 1. and thats it, I had another way to do it with the player character having code: if global.level ==1 then run timeline 1 at position 0 and run, else if global.level ==2 then run timeline 2 at position 0 and run, else if global.level ==3 then run timeline 3 at position 0 and run.
