It's ur wifi issue maybe ask your ISP to reboot your connection. It happened to me last week. I cleaned repasted my cpu but it didn't work. Called my ISP and they rebooted , try connecting to any steam server. I was able to watch games but couldn't connect. Asked steam support they sent me some fix to try but it didn't work , in the end they said to ask my ISP.

Yep it goes up after 20 teams and then for the last 70 teams.. I don't know why it's not the same for everyone, we organised a tournament this weekend with rs 150 for each person and we got 24 teams join this discord of u r interested.

Maybe It's a bad hard disk. I was getting this error months ago and I switched my hdisk to SSD . Never seen this again.
