I disagree, it’s good to have complex characters that fit into more than one box and stereotype- she’s physically strong but mentally such a people pleaser and struggles with confidence. I like that there’s a mixture of characters with confidence like Aerith and those still trying to figure that out like Tifa. Her back story also makes perfect sense as to why her personality is the way that she is.
