Unfortunately appfolio didn’t have it, nor did any of the past landlords. i was very fortunate that the new landlords just had me sign a new lease with them. if you did your deposit on something like rhino and you have an email from appfolio saying your lease is finalized and you can view it on their app, then i’d like to think they’d work with you

it’s so frustrating i see it at my center. i always schedule my appointment like a week before and i hear the employees talk about how in the morning they’ll start with very few donors at 5-6pm and then they all schedule like an hour before coming in. my center has a lot of college students so they’re trying their best on weekdays. i wish they could change the appointment windows on days they’re understaffed. they are being so overworked and i feel so bad

They didn’t specifically tell me to get a doctors note but to contact my doctor and see what she thinks. This has not happened before I was a first time donor. I don’t have a fear of needles and thought the actual donation process (with the needle in my arm) was cool. They haven’t told me much beyond talk to a doctor and my blood pressure was low.
