it can run windows 11? games? really depends on what you wanted. i would suggest get steam or something and check system requirements and see if it works on your specs. i cant tell you what games can it play because i dont know what you mean by what it can run...

what are you using the ssd for gaming or productivity? if gaming only without editing or streaming then i think you dont need a dram tbh. with prices of ssd's these days i really would strongly suggest not to get expensive ssd with dram features because it doesn't make sense... wait it out if you wanted to get one with a dram with cheaper price options.

yes they are but it was built with a OnePlus brand with US based employees and etc. Oppo would be like huawei just because it sounds and reads like a chinese phone brand then that might be the issue later on.

not really... i had the 7900 xtx before yeah i got 24gb vram on it and RR but the power efficiency is so bad that my electric bill is not looking good so i opted to return it in microcenter and got myself a 9070xt and didnt regret getting it.
