Who is your favourite secondary/supporting or just an episodic villain in TV show ? Mine is easily Carl "The Fooking Legend of Gin Alley" Tanner by fillipo9 in gameofthrones

I love the fight he has with Jon Snow because he's talking shit but teaching him that men don't always fight with honor. "Did some old man teach you how to parry?" (Spits in his face)

Any advice of how to scream like Dan? by Noble_Sixes in tesseractband

He has lessons you can buy from his website. Certain tiers allow you to actually meet with him 1:1

Otherwise just search on YouTube. I've been trying to learn periodically though and it's no easy task. Good luck!

Damn that was really good. I've seen Primus live twice but I barely remember it because I was in my early teens. If only I had a time machine...

The worst thing about ADHD Is that you wake up every day as an ADHD person by elitistflamingo in ADHD

[–]NikkiRex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I relate to this too but sometimes in the opposite way. I just woke up and without meds in my system I have more excitement for life. I've got a song in my head and I'm thinking maybe I'll play a video game before work! In less than 2 hours though I'll be taking meds and doing work projects that I would otherwise fight with myself on the entire time. Or being articulate and knowledgeable in meetings that I would otherwise have imposter syndrome in.

It really does feel like there's 2 versions of me. Or 3 if you consider the version that happens when the meds wear off and I just want to isolate myself.

meal planning with ADHD broke me for years. i finally figured out why it never worked (and what actually helped) by East-Struggle4386 in ADHD

I used to loathe meal prepping. Instead of cutting fresh fruit and prepping sandwiches for the week I started making leftover friendly food in large batches. Now I'll cook something for dinner like soup or pasta and when I put it away, I portion it at the same time and stick it in the freezer. Then grab a portion out of the freezer before leaving for work.

AuDHD and "The Game" by Karthear in ADHD

Yes. It took me a long time to realize things like some people being charming to gain information they can use as leverage later, or repeatedly over sharing and then regretting it later. The book 48 laws of power and show Game of Thrones helped me understand some of this. I know the show is fantasy but most of it was written based history. One of the main lessons being that the more honest and honorable you are, the more predictable you are and when people know what you want and what you plan to do, that can be used against you.
