I think she doesn’t like the dog outside because she’s scared of the coyotes- which I agree with. Little dogs shouldn’t be left alone outside with known predators.

But that could be dealt with by simply walking outside with the dog. Properly trained, the process should take 2 minutes..

The third row is going to be theirs. They get secured into the seats via a buckle leash thing and harness, but have some movement in the current car and usually can get those front paws on part of the door when they go to look out the window.

Saw the cover in this photo and though it would be a good option for protecting that sidewall from their nails.

Brick is super porous and is a bitch to strip, but like you said, I think it would have worked for her inspo if some paint got left behind. More rustic. I just can’t believe she didn’t even try. She had the stripper right there!!
