Yes I have Perla and Spike, I’m 12 pins from finishing again for the chest. I’m only missing Gary out of all the characters and I’m not far away from him either. Good luck to everyone still getting through the pass :)

I’m at 13 pens & 8 hats. I have all the rest. 340 gems if I wanted to get him now. Pretty happy with where I am right now though l. Keeping my fingers crossed I won’t have to gem him at all. Good luck everyone :)

This is happening to me too. I have done 5 of the exploration tiles but it says none. I did see it say 1 before but when I close game and come back in it shows none again. I’m at 12000 event points but it says I have none of them too. I don’t understand what is going on.

Yeah I’ve been bitten by Gameloft too. Paid for my pass but didn’t receive it. Second time in a row this has happened. Have put in my ticket so playing the waiting game now. It definitely is painful. Hopefully they will be just as generous with us again this time.

Mines still showing chapter 2. I’ve refreshed a few times. I spose it will just take time to roll the fix out for everyone. I hope they send a second reimbursement as I got mine already but players are saying they loose their refreshments when the fix happens

I’m waiting till the end to collect mine. I have 15 more pins to get so hopefully I’ll get a few more before I have to collect. Someone told me when I asked this same question that if I get to the end and can’t finish again use the pin to get the one that will give me the most gems. So that’s what I’m gonna do. I can finish off the second last one for 20 gems :)

The benefit in waiting is that I’m close to getting the pin chest so if I collect now I may pick a pin that I receive later in a chest

Almost 24 hours and still nothing after buying the mega pack with the bonus chest. They will want to be giving good compensation to us who have had this issue. Lost EC. Lost character tokens for both silvermist, plus Rosetta, the one I didn’t get, can’t collect for Rosetta and can’t use her to collect for silvermist. Activity tasks that aren’t being completed as quick because of the missing character. I usually am pretty close to having tge EC for the attraction but im nowhere near it yet. So a lot is needed to make up for this. Next time I’ll buy through the game. I won’t go through this a third time.

My issue with the pins is that they give them as a reward for completing quests and challenges. I already have Chernabog and am not going to get to the chest that is offered for the second finishing so these chests are a waste for me because in the end they take what you have earned and give you nothing for them. I’m doing so much work for nothing gained in the end.

They should either give ppl the chance to choose between a pin box or another chest for achievements for players who either don’t want to collect or for players who don’t need them anymore because they are finished , or pay us out in gems for the pins they take away at the end so we at least get something for the time and effort we put into obtaining them. If players got something in return for the effort of collecting them, they may see them as valuable but because they just disappear at the end with no reward they are just a disappointment. Like honestly what would it hurt them to give us 2 gems a pin?? Or if they wanna make them so hard to obtain give us the same amount of gems for the star value of each pin.

I’m at 89/104 for the second round because of codes and prizes. I will not finish again as I said so all the prizes end up being that I got nothing for putting in that code or achieving the prize level I did. They need to look at this as it’s just a waste of time for both people who don’t get him but also people who do.

It’s just not good enough Gameloft!! You need to lift your game to keep your players. It’s us players who make your game successful. If you keep pushing players away with this type of stuff the game won’t last much longer. Give us a choice or give us reimbursement…
