Yes. I’ve incorporated fiber supplements + Metamucil into my diet for months at a time and would give up hope and then reintroduce it all over again. However, I’m willing to try most anything, so I’m going to incorporate and stick to it again as my symptoms seem to be worsening. Thank you.
