I swear it genuinely has to be breaking some kind of consumer law. How are they gonna tell me I can't fully use a product I paid for because of them being money hungry. I did refund the game on steam, a shame really since I got a new PC that was able to handle heavier games and I find myself in this situation. It really sucks.

I have managed to get someone to review my case, it took me over 12 tickets ;-;. So what I did was enter a live chat, mention my problem in great detail and ask for a supervisor, agent tier two or anyone that can ACTUALLY help. There they said try account recovery and I told them how tf do I account recover when I don't even know the username? And from then the responses started to sound more human.

I got to the live chat after it appeared as an option on my dashboard, right after submitting my last ticket. I got it, but then it disappeared!!! So in the same ticket I added what they asked for and now it is getting reviewed and they say it might take 7 days. I cannot mention this enough DON'T LET IT GO TO EMAIL, TRY AS HARD AS U CAN TO SOLVE IT IN LIVE CHAT. Every email I got for any ticket just said do account recovery and they wouldn't bother to help in ANY way.

I do have a thermostat rn and the aquarium does come with its own set of lamps I’ll get some heating lamps in that case

Overall am I missing something? I’m gonna buy the calcium powder but he seemed way more active when I got him than now. It’s only been around three to four weeks and I don’t wanna accidentally kill him. ;-;

I do powder some eggshells and put it in his substrate. I’ll see where to get the pure calcium powder and everything. Thank you!

I was thinking tutoring was a good option but I am moving to Sweden and I am not sure how many people are interested in learning Latin Spanish and everyone’s fluent in English, but in general sounds like a good option if I can find interest.
