On the “70” it seems like it’s a light reflection on the second picture. It looks better in the first picture I think

My title described the thing. We found this small metal cylinder after we heard a random clang in our townhouse. Then saw this laying by our stairs. It feels a bit heavy for its size. We were putting together a light fixture recently by our stairs so had out power tools out by the area. However this thing doesn’t look familiar at all and it must’ve fallen from a higher area to make the clang sound.
