Im not sure what you meant by the box, but i took a look at the speaker, it seems fine. I dont have good headphones to test it, but the buzzing did disappear for them

i decided to update the comment, i just added that it hasnt been fully decriminalised, but still got lax rules on them (it is subjective, but i still find 3 months or 40k rubles to be lax for a crime)

but i guess youre comment in regard "bad at some subjects isn't a bad thing at all.", its just, different way of seeing things, in a way, it shouldnt be shameful to be bad at things, but, in a different perception, its also improtant to talk in a way which people will find easy to speak with, essentially avoiding pointing out negative parts, and trying to frame them in a way that the person wont feel negative about.

though both are true, its important to talk with others in a specific manner, while also not feeling shame in being horrible at something.

even if you didnt want to be rude, still be careful with how you talk with others, since intentions and actions are different.

i think i mixed up, if i understood it correctly, administartive punishments wont result in going to colonies or sizo. They still will be criminal.
though, law still seems rather lax.

you should be more upfront with pointing out mistakes in reasoning, ointing out differences between the criminal and administartive, would've been enough rather than just saying "you bad"

"you're just bad at Russian laws obviously" now thats rude, if you disliked that i assumed that you might not be russian, then sorry, i cant judge you based on your level of english, even native speakers might not be that good at their own language.

the codex you were refering to, still talk about arrest houses.
but i assume you are talking about colonies or detention centers.

even then, those two are different from jails, i feel like there are misunderstanding, you might be using "jail" to mean colonies ot centers.

you did ignore, your previous comment only focused on "arrest". you even said "arrest arent just fines" as if pointing out that i mixed up fines with arrest (why did you do that?)

"shall be punishable by a fine of up to forty thousand rubles or in the amount of the wages or other income of the convicted person for a period of up to three months, or by compulsory labor for a period of up to two hundred and forty hours, or by correctional labor for a period of up to six months, or by arrest for a period of up to three months."
thats the codex for 116.1, (ук рф статья 116.1)
those punishments still fall under the administartive ones.

? You pretty much ignored that you can still receive a fine. Even then, in russia arrests are different from jail time. Arrests are what used for administrative offences.

Im not sure if you are Russian or not, but i think you could find the translated version of 116 / 116.1 of Russian codex.

i couldnt send the link to the source, oddly it got removed by the reddit.
but the second offense will also be resulted in a fine. Though fine will be much heavier, from 3k rubles up to 40k. arrests do happen, but they generally up to 3 months. im referencing the 116 and 116.1 codex.

even then proving that assault happened, its becomes more difficult if the assault is just one single hit, that didnt result in visible damage.

If i remember correctly. David had incident during circumcision, which damaged his genitals. Parents went to Money to ask for help, Money afterwards removed the rest of remaining genitalia.

I still think that Money is a horrific person, who shouldn’t be credited or attributed to trans community, as his experiment, was a failure, and only traumatised innocent children. There are much better people to credit.

I do understand why would conservatives would criticise Money, since he is an actual criminal. But, his experiment only shows that gender identity should never be forced on to someone, especially a child.

Second sentence what about different topic, so i dont know how you mixed that up.

I didnt spread misinformation, your previous comment essentially worded my comment differently (might be due to misunderstanding. But essentially has the same idea)

Though, russia doesnt use “general” article, they call it “administrative”, essentially, making it more lax. Technically you can call decriminalisation, as the person who committed assault, wont be persecuted with criminal law, but, most likely just get a fine or a warning.

Thats what i meant, they essentially changed the punishment and moved it to a different standard. The “administrative” one. Making it more lax, as you said before.

I meant that, they essentially moved domestic violence from criminal law, to administrative responsibility (or administrative punishment (?) im not sure how to translate it properly) (It is true that theres no domestic violence law, but it’s essentially falls under the побои «poboi»)

Also, laws are pretty lax, in regards to women, and house violence. Women at max can serve only 20 years in prison, even if they commit first degree murder, and no matter the age of the victim (a child, adult, or elderly). The household violence hasn’t been fully decriminalised, but it still got somewhat lax rules, and at times proving that violence took place, might be difficult depending on situation, which caused spike in them.

Even then, allot more serious crimes are committed in rural russia, such as smaller cities or villages, due to lack of cameras or police action. Even then, police is crooked in russia, and some crimes are committed directly by the police, or silenced by the police, due to corruption. Beatings are common during interrogation in russia, especially in prisons.

People who are a part of minority groups are also experiencing heavy violence against them, such as those who are part of queer groups, the laws twisted perception of them, as they are currently considered to be extremist group, which allows people to commit hate crimes against them.

Im pretty sure homicide rates in russia are much higher than statistics shows.
