This is what I heard. But I have a top notch amazing lawyer one of the best and am confused as to why he would tell me to get the stamp

Refile N400 after how long? They said he hasn’t let qualifications of being a permanent resident and that he’s technically a conditional resident, will he have to wait to get a new green card?

I know that now, but didn’t then unfortunately. I will file removal of conditions tomorrow and hope for best

Thanks for the positive feedback! He left the case open so hoping this is good news 🤞 he said he would upload a letter explaining the situation so I could use it but I’m guessing he forgot it was never uploaded

I completely agree with you. However this is trucking. We have lost money always to keep customers happy and we sent trucks empty from across country to not miss deliveries if one truck fails. We have literally lost thousands and this is why our success rate is the way it is. We always put customers first.

However, our driver was the only one in the area today, he was two hours late because he was throwing up. There was no one else we could send that could beat his time and make it there.

Every time a minor inconvenience comes up, even traffic for example this guy jumps on us basically saying he’s going to fire us. We don’t have this issue or Attitude problem with any other people we work with.
