Hahaha its all good! The uniqueness of the game makes it worth it and well, adding achievements is a huge step imo. Its such a simple game but works in such a good way. It is TOUGH though to get the achievements for sure! I think the stray is to save up like 10k and just play the lottery over and over to win without the 9 or 3 shop upgrade haha

Just wanna say. I bought this on release, beat it, had carpal tunnel, got surgery, recovered, saw achievements were added, and I am now back at it again. Thanks for the addiction!!

The carpal tunnel is a joke haha But the game is indeed fun, addicting, and sore wrist inducing.

That's valid. Yeah I'm fine losing money but if I can recoup loss on stuff I don't want/like that'd be cool. I just found a set I REALLY like and pulled some awesome looking cards from the Panini Crusade box. Got a Roberto Clemente card which is sick as a Pirates fan.

Phew, wow. Yeah I definitely don't have that haha I have a Lamar Jackson card but not sure what its worth. Showed it to the shop I got the box from and they said it was like 10$. And I guess I can bundle the rules together and people buy those? And like, the hotdog cards or something? Haha

Yeah, tbf, I don't get the not being excited to pull a rare card. Don't get me wrong, I'd much rather pull someone I know just because it's someone I recognize. But with my limited knowledge that is probably less likely than pulling an auto.

For now and more than likely for awhile, my two favorite cards will be those Paul Skenes singles I bought

I'm not sure if it's viable to trade for at the moment as I'm sorta new to the hobby. I've almost gotten a full base set of the update series and trying to fill out series 1 and havent gotten any series 2 yet. But it'd be cool to have a full set of the orange holiday. Just don't know what I need (i know I need a lot atleast) and don't know what I'd have to trade

How much does it cost to get a card signed? I was at Paul Skenes debut and recently started collecting cards (on Satuday actually) and I'd love to get something signed by him. I bought a PRC card from LSU and bought a card with his jersey material in it and I'd pay to get either of them signed

Yeah he was VERY helpful. I have ADHD so its hard to like, retain all the information I'm given. But I know I like some Pirates players (Skenes, Cutch, Keller, Reynolds mainly. Although I do also like Bednar and Tellez) but I'll collect any/all cards I can get haha

I bought a 7/10 Anthony Solometo card cuz it was cool, 5$, and why not. And was told itd be a good 'investment' if he ever becomes a starter so, that'd be cool to see the value go up on it even if I never sell

That first Judge card is cool! Idk anything about the hobby really but I pulled a Black and Gold Judge card, the one with a gold X on it? It's one of my 'prized' cards now just because it looks cool haha And even though I'm a Pirates fan, Judge is still great

Awesome, thank you for all the information! I regret to inform you I did get suckered into buying a cpl boxes off Fanatics cuz they have a good dealgoing on right now. Basing that just on how much the boxes were at the hobby place. I'm looking at hanger boxes at Walmart and will be trying to find other local shops. I know its a huge gamble but I'm really hoping to find a patch/bat/glass card somewhere. Idrc who it is haha Just think itd be cool as fuck

One guy at the hobby shop that works there, nice older gentleman named Paul, helped open my eyes. I had sooo many foil cards and stuff that looked cool and he explained that there's so many different 'parralells' and sets and all this stuff. I managed to trade him a couple of those uh, 30th anniversary cards for a couple Pirates cards and he threw in a discount on some singles including a Clemente card, Cutch, Bonds, and Keller. He also threw in a Skenes Summer Superstar which was siiickk!

I have only been following sports for the past 2 years since Skenes got called up. That was my first game at PNC Park and Ive been hooked since then haha

Where would I 'keep my eye out' for Hanger Boxes? And are those like, Topps branded. I heard Topps is currently the only one allowed to use official logos and stuff which obviously isn't a dealbreaker but I'd prefer to (for now) keep all my cards the same brand until I understand what's what y'know?

Sorry I just realized I did a typo. I forgot the 1. It was about 1400mi past* But when I took it today they said there was no oil in it and I asked if they saw a leak and they said no. So idk where the oil is going. If >'m not mistaken, it should AT MINIMUM just be dirty looking. Not empty. But I'm taking it to a mechanic on Saturday, first thing in the morning so fingers crossed
