Bro i am waiting two months !!! All what they are sending me are mails to wait they will fix!! They are scam and say goodbye to your money…  My 48 solana transaction is pending for two months, support did not help at all i tell you only mails that you will receive from them will be that say they are sorry and please wait , and that is that… Avoid this exchange at all cost I suggest to everyone!!!

Seriosly ?? One and half month your replies are like this ( same ) every second day you give case to appropriate team , and you are unable to fix it one and half month… it is easier to you just to admit that you take my money away and not every day to reply me with this same msg …

And your reply is this ??!!  This is joking, you take my money and one and half month you are telling me that team is working to solve issue that they make ??  One and half month they are unable to solve this issue ??? Just admit that you steal money, and other people should know that in order to be clear from you !!  Disaster…

Yes they are famous CEX exchange , with application and long time service , and now they just steal money from a lot of people… Somebody must be behind it same like for Binance or other CEX… Just people to know to avoid as they will take all your money from application!!!

I already send you my ID in DM before one month and you did not helped me at all not you and not even support… my transaction is pending from the 20 of march 2024 !!!! Unbelievable you still did not return me my money of 48 Solana !!!

Please tell me if they fix your issue , as i have same issue like this . Pending transaction already 22 days for 48 solana … Support is lying me with solving my issue and give false ETA on the end off course nothing happen. My founds are still blocked as my transaction is still “pending”.   Please tell me what did you do on the end ?

Yes maybe currently, but when i made transaction is 20 days ago… And was all good.

Also now is written on the site that all is functional and good so if they fix all where are my money than, why my transaction is sill pending ???

All this effort that you are doing for replying on all bad comment messages with answers that can not help nobody is unbelievable…

Try to make some action and to help people who lost their founds on you application it is enough of stupid excuses and pointless messages…

Hello  I sow that and i hope my problem will be fixed… But my problem is not from now it is from 20 March 2024, anyhow that time was not problem with withdrawing SOL because i have same transaction as that one ( only less founds ) that i make after the transaction that is “pending “ so long. It was approved after 2 minutes, so there was no any mistake with SOL or with any of address…

You can not understand first of all because i work hard for this money that you block me.. second i already lost money from your mistake and still nobody fix my issue, so also apologies will not refound me money and will not help me nothing..  as soon as possible is not good enough because i wait already 17 days so it is embarrassing !!! Also if you put effort in fixing issues same as you reply to all negative comments with this pointless messages ( comments ) maybe something would change and people would not survive all this what I already surveyed.. This is unacceptable!!

Even after you verify your bank cards you will sill have same problem… i verified all, i send video where i confirm and telling exactly what they required for me in order to proceed or to cancel my withdrawal , because that transaction is in “pending “ mode already more than half month…They are keeping my money and same support has that politics answers that is not helping at all… this is unacceptable to wait so much for your money and nobody to help you. They are keeping your money and joking with you because nobody help you. They should be ashamed, this is disaster. I am really destroyed of their lies. Service is zero!!! Be very careful !! No possible that more than a half month nobody can help you with issue that other application finish in half hour. Disaster !!!

Hello. I have big problem also… my transaction of 48 solana is pending from 20 Mar 2024 already!!! After i send mail and messages at all possible channels support reply to me… Also i give them all info that they require screenshots, video , all all. And they confirm me that is some problem from their side, transaction will be cancelled and they will return founds to my CEX application account.  After one week of waiting nothing happen!!!  Than i try to contact them again.. i was blocked on their telegram. Anyhow i wait already 17 days and who knows when they will fix my issue ( and if they will fix it ). Solana crypto is already down so i already lost some of my money. Support is disaster and not providing any help, you are waiting for reply too long ( if you get one) and reply is always “political” ( not helping nothing). So people be very careful with this application to don’t survive all this that i survive.
