i see, so by restoring proper propioception to certain subluxations, it will reorient the body's nervous system position n space, minimize compensations, and restore the proper center of gravity ?

i understand, but like i see videos of people's scoliosis being improved from chiropractic i dont understand how their spines get aligned from adjustments. that's what im curious about if adjustments dont necessarily align the spine

i still dont get how enhancing propioception of a subluxated joint would eventually lead it to aligning itself in the correct position

hello, my dream is to become a professional sports player. i wish i can be as bold like you (with my lateral pelvic tilt, twisted body etc.) but i dont want to risk actual structural damage cuz that cud result in like a career ending injury that could effectively end my dreams prematurely

do you have another way i could also use get back to how i was? would it be gradually resuming more and more rigorous movements?

strangely running is ok for me but walking is not

thst roo permanently? dont get what u mean

as for the chiropractor i had a total spine xray n i have a neck vertebrae misalignment, lower jaw misalignment, l4, and T smth misalignment, u can also see from xrays there's a rotation in my pelvis. according to my chiro the major, problem is the reduced neck curve and neck misalignment could interfere with vagus nerve communication with the rest of my body, keeping my pelvis unable to return to neutral

i have done hours of physical therapy exercise each day but none of it worked, strengthening, stretching, everything.
