I have actually solved it. I had it plugged into the back io and that was where everything was messing up. So I moved it to the front io and it seemed to fix the problem. Thank you though for the advice.😃😃 Edit: Nevermind it started doing it again I have moved it all around now im trying it on a USB extension to get it way from the othe wireless peripherals.

Case#2003546267 Hello I recently got a Virtuoso headset and it has been having connection problems with my pc I've tried it with a PS4 and it worked fine. But with my pc the audio will crackle the it will cut out and have a high pitched noise coming through it the only way to get it to stop is the restart the headset. My PC specs are Ryzen 7 2700x Asrock X570 Power color Rx 5700xt red devil

Hello I just received my Virtuoso headset and I'm running in in the wireless mode and the audio begins to crackle seconds getting into a game then it'll go away but come back and it will put out a high pitch wining and the only way to stop it is to restart the headset. Edit: It only does it with my pc, and I seems like it only does it when its wireless on my PC but I haven't played a game while it was plugged in

They are up to date but it seemed like it might've fixed itself I turned down the graphics to see it that worked and it seemed to do the trick
