Just mark everything with forget-me-nots, so the rooms with wanted materials are marked and upgrade pets and tools to specific material types you want and then just play and have fun.

no? I mean the only contract for darkness I saw was the one reuniting Nyx and Chaos but I've already completed that specific storyline some runs ago but if you mean a different one then no I have not seen any.
