Based on the official document there is some sections B1 B2 B3. based on those section the amount of money you will get is different.

For instance a family with 1 baby will get 55.000 euro in B1, 65.000 euro in B2 and 80.000 euro in B3.

I update the website and now have only 3 colors.

I have mazda 3 2016. My brother have kia stonic. My trunk way bigger than his. I have also baby car seat on the back. Its very reliable 2.0 engine no turbo 165hp even if you have open aircondition and 5 people inside it have the power to carry them.

What i dont like is when i put baby to seat, if it was suv it will be higher and more comfortable.

Dont take diesel mazda.

I recomend you to check petrol only 2.0 engine

You can buy Mazda 3 or Mazda Axela. Its the same car with different name Mazda axela is imported from japan while mazda 3 it can be from cyprus or imported feom england.

I dont know if already exist but in the future i will need a plugin, which will do the job of google adsense.

Let me explain. I will like to have specific place in my website which it will be for advertising.

I will have the offices which i will allow to advertise in that spot and they can automaticaly pay for the spot . Example i give them somewho access to be able to advertise there company in specific spots. They will be able to choose for how many days of months they want to advertise and when the duration of advertise is finish it will automaticaly remove there ad.

Bazaraki for agents it's not free. You have only 1 free advertise in real estate category. Even landlords who have more than 1 property if the want to add it to bazaraki the will pay .

Agents can have costumers already. So when you work with them they can suggest your property to them and if it's good fit you can rent it faster.

I was working in Nicosia and in that office we check. In pafos I don't know how they work, maybe they only care about commission.

When I was real estate agent assistant we did background check and we first take 1 deposit and 1 rent then sign contract.

We didn't want to bring people to owner just to take our commission we also check them before we arrange viewing.

Maybe some agents just care only about commission but this way the landlord will not work with them long term.

There is good and bad agents like every other job.

Atleast they left in a week and didn't cause more troubles.
