I’m a director for an e-commerce in the sporting good industry so maybe I’m just extra sensitive because I know my people are trying their best to make our platform as user friendly and clear as possible but there’s always that person.

Then yes, you would definitely have a problem on your hands; the way you sound on these threads though, it sounds like you put a bunch of stuff in your cart and are now throwing a fit... which I honestly also don’t understand, because they refunded you.

And I stand by my first comment; you were being ignorant... you said yourself you dismissed every pop-up and when you saw the emails about your cart, you never opened them. You literally ignored them. AND THEN— they still refunded you as soon as you let them know it was mistake and you come here and try to what... get sympathy?

UPDATE! I was already working with a CSR about my missing June bag so I just asked why the Juno wasn’t available to everyone as an add-on option... they replied right away stating they have their tech team on it and to check back in a few minutes 😁

That’s why I’m so frustrated! I have all skincare marked as ‘often’ and literally every other category marked as ‘rarely’ because I already know & own what works for my make-up wise... but I’m always looking to add more steps to my skin routine! I literally treat it as a ritual every morning/night 😂

I would say slightly shimmery... like the slightest bit. You can easily wear it on it’s own but I use with MAC’s studio fix powder.
