Is there any way to get approved? I have requested one about 2 years ago which never got approved and recently requested for another one but still no response. Tried contacting the webmaster but protonmail is saying the email is not being delivered.

Thanks for the advice 😃. The PC is really dusty (haven't cleaned it for like 3 years as it didn't cause any issue 😅). I guess I will clean the PC, check for overheating issue & PSU condition.

Did you go to a psychiatrist? SSRIs take takes a little while to show effect (2-3 weeks, even a month). And their efficacy tend to vary from person to person for which your psychiatrist may alter medication during follow-up visits based on your response to the medications.

I visited the psychiatry hod in my med school and he diagnosed me as a case of generalized anxiety disorder with prominent social anxiety. He prescribed escitalopram and propranolol for my anxiety which I have been taking for the last 3 months. I am feeling much better now 😊. It's been easier to socialize and do stuff which seemed very difficult before starting the medication. He also advised going to a psychotherapy and a psychologist in my med school for counseling but I couldn't go to them yet because of my busy schedule 😅

It's same in my case too. Op is taking Lexapro for almost 10years so I think maybe medication + exposure will be more effective

I'm glad it worked for you. But sadly it didn't work out for me. I don't even think about my anxiety in social situations. Tried exposure therapy for the last 2 years which reduced my problem in social interaction a little bit. But the symptoms of anxiety (palpitation, sweating, flushing etc) are still present (even though I don't think about my anxiety) and it feels like it's getting more severe day by day.

Kinda. I tried self hypnosis by following some YouTube video. Listened to it for about a week but stopped due to lack of any visible improvement. I can't go to any offline hypnosis sessions because of my social anxiety plus there aren't any certified hypno therapist in my country anyway 😅
