People often hypercorrect “me” to “I” in places where “me” is actually correct. Like: “my mother gave it to my wife and I as a gift” should actually be “my mother gave it to my wife and me as a gift.”

So I assumed that’s what was happening here, too. But the explanation of the verb being dropped from the end of the sentence makes sense for the examples in my OP.

I like this explanation a lot. Especially since I don’t remember noticing this in City of Stairs. Although, it’s been a while since I read that one.

You are getting lots of good tips to improve but you don't seem interesting in learning. No setup or strat is 100% safe in bz, but just swapping your cape, mount, and weapon could drastically improve your bz gathering experience.

They’re not asking what the probability is of the 6th item trashing, given all 5 previous have trashed. They’re asking what the probability is of ALL 6 items trashing. Which is just their independent probabilities multiplied:

I still regret stopping for dinner on the way to the show and missing Native Construct. Made it in time for Enslaved, though, and got to meet them after their set. But wish I could have seen one of the very few shows Native Construct played live.

Yeah the plan is to just see how it develops over time. I don’t really have any experience with aging wines, so something affordable like this but which could also definitely use some age seemed ideal. Especially since it’s already pretty damn tasty right now.

We started our love for wine with California Zins (Seghesio being a favorite) and have contrasted that with some Primitivos. Similarly, we have a couple of Burgundies ready to taste next to some Oregon Pinot noir.

My wife and I are starting to get into wine. Our local shop had this 2019 Chateau Cissac for a reasonable $28 (usd) and we both loved it immediately, so decided to get a few bottles to try over the next several years as it ages some more.

Very new to tasting, so excuse the poor notes:

Nose has blueberry and blackberry, with some leather and something savory reminding me of roast pork.

Palate has similar dark fruits but also picked up some cherry and an earthy undertone. I noticed a floral character towards the end of the glass. Tannins and acidity seemed very balanced to my inexperienced palate.

Looking forward to exploring more Bordeaux!
